This privacy policy applies to the Montessori Visual Timer app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for iPhone, iPad, and Android devices that was created by Zombit Studios LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider"). The Application is a paid download on the App Store and free on Google Play. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not send your timer activity or settings to the Service Provider. Registration is not required to use the Application. Timer completion counts and review-prompt choices are saved locally to manage rating reminders. On iOS, optional auto-rotation uses accelerometer readings on your device.
Your settings, quick timers, and the optional PIN are saved only on your device and are never sent to the Service Provider. Your device's own backup, such as iCloud or your Google account, may include them. The Application asks for notification and alarm permissions only to sound the timer's completion alert.
If you buy the Application on the App Store, Apple processes the payment. The Service Provider does not receive your payment details.
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
Your locally saved timer data is not shared with third parties by the Application. Optional feedback and store reviews are described below. The Application contains no advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting services.
Optional feedback and store reviews are intended for parents and guardians. Settings also includes an external privacy-policy link. The feedback link in Settings opens a form hosted by UserReport in your web browser; anything you enter there is sent to the Service Provider through that service, under UserReport's privacy policy. Requests to rate the Application are handled by the App Store or Google Play, under Apple's or Google's privacy policy.
What are my opt-out rights?
You can stop using the Application by uninstalling it. Uninstalling does not delete feedback already submitted through UserReport, store reviews, or existing device backups. Contact zombit.studios@gmail.com to request access to or deletion of information you submitted to the Service Provider. Manage store reviews and device backups through Apple or Google.
Children
The Application is not used to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The Service Provider encourages all children to never submit any personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services. The Service Provider encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to the Service Provider through the Application and/or Services, please contact the Service Provider (zombit.studios@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions. Children can use the timer without submitting personal information online. Parents and guardians should handle optional feedback and store reviews and should not include children's personal information.

Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Local settings, including the optional PIN, rely on your device's security and backup protections. The PIN restricts timer controls; it does not encrypt your data. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to their Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. Please review this page for changes. Where required by law, the Service Provider will provide additional notice and obtain consent before changing how personal information is collected, used, or disclosed.
