Artillery Let Loose privacy policy

Effective 2026-10-17 · Questions: zombit.studios@gmail.com

This privacy policy is applicable to the Artillery Let Loose app, listed as "ALL - HLL Artillery Calculator" on the App Store and "Wardogs & HLL Calculator" on Google Play (hereinafter referred to as "Application"), for mobile devices, which was developed by Zombit Studios LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as a Commercial service. This service is provided "AS IS".

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Application has no accounts and does not ask you to register. Your saved configurations, targets, and labels are stored on your device. Settings are also stored on your device; whether History mode is enabled and whether the purchase is unlocked are additionally sent to Google Analytics for Firebase to understand feature use.

What information does the Application collect automatically?

In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.

On both iOS and Android, the Application uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how it is used, for example which screens are opened and whether History mode or a purchase is used, and Firebase Crashlytics to receive crash reports. On Android, Google AdMob also collects information for advertising, as described below.

Google Analytics for Firebase uses an app instance identifier and may also collect the Android advertising ID when available. Firebase Crashlytics uses installation identifiers to associate crash reports with an installation. The Application does not ask you to provide your name or email address to these services.

Ads and purchases

iOS. The Application is a paid download on the App Store. It shows no ads and has no in-app purchases. Apple processes the payment, and the Service Provider does not receive your payment details.

Android. The Application is free on Google Play and shows ads served by Google AdMob: banner ads, full-screen ads at some transitions and when you return to the Application, and optional rewarded ads you can watch to unlock History mode for three hours. To serve, measure, and, where permitted, personalize ads, AdMob may use your device's advertising ID, IP address, and information about your device and your interactions with ads. Where the law requires it, such as in the EEA and the UK, the Application asks for your consent with Google's consent form, and you can change your choice later from the Privacy Options link in the Application.

A one-time in-app purchase on Google Play unlocks History mode and removes ads. Google Play processes the payment. The Service Provider does not receive your payment details, and the Application stores on your device only whether the purchase is unlocked.

Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?

This Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

Does the Application use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies?

The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

Usage and crash information is transmitted to Google's Firebase services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. On Android, advertising information is transmitted to Google AdMob to show ads. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

Please note that the Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policy about handling data. Below are the links to the Privacy Policy of the third-party service providers used by the Application:

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

What are my opt-out rights?

You can halt all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

On Android, you can change your ad consent choice from the Privacy Options link in the Application where it is shown, and you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, in your device's settings.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to its processing, withdraw consent, and complain to your local data protection authority. These rights can apply to automatically collected information as well as information you provide. Contact zombit.studios@gmail.com to make a request.

Where applicable US state law grants these rights, you may also opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising without discrimination. Advertising disclosures to Google AdMob may fall within these definitions. To request an opt-out, contact zombit.studios@gmail.com.

What is the data retention policy and how can you manage your information?

Saved configurations are kept on your device until you delete them or remove the Application's local data. The Service Provider cannot remotely delete these local records. Google retains Analytics information according to the project's retention settings; identifier retention may restart with new activity, and aggregate reports may be retained longer. Firebase Crashlytics retains crash reports and associated identifiers for 90 days before beginning removal from live and backup systems. Google's retention practices also apply to advertising information processed by AdMob. To request deletion of personal information processed by the Service Provider or on their behalf, contact zombit.studios@gmail.com. Additional information may be needed to identify the relevant records.

How does the Application address children's privacy?

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If the Service Provider learns that personal information has been collected from a child under 13 in circumstances requiring parental consent, they will take steps to stop that collection and arrange deletion of the information, including through the relevant service providers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (zombit.studios@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.

How is your information kept secure?

The Service Provider are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve their Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

How will you be informed of changes to this Privacy Policy?

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for changes. Where a change requires your consent, updating this page or continuing to use the Application does not replace that consent.

This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-10-17

This Privacy Policy explains how information is processed; using the Application does not itself provide consent where the law requires a separate choice. On Android, Google's consent form manages advertising choices. These choices do not turn off Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics collection, and the Application does not currently provide an in-app switch for those services.

"Processing,” means using cookies on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information.

How can you contact us?

If you have any questions regarding privacy while using the Application, or have questions about the practices, please contact the Service Provider via email at zombit.studios@gmail.com.
